The Official Seal of the Supreme Court of Victoria is the Royal Coat of Arms used by the British Monarch, who is Australia’s head of state, and on whose behalf the Australian judiciary perform their function. This is one of the many images in which I re-interpret the symbol as a Sheela Na Gig prying her labia.
